Jasmyn grew up with a gymnastics, swimming and dance background. Immersed into a world of yoga and massage in her early twenties as a means to put herself through school seemed an easy transition for her. After several years she gave up a professional career as a real-estate appraiser, to pursue her passions full time as a Yoga Instructor and Massage Therapist. Her more than 12 years experience of intergrating these two arts into her community are the seeds of change that prepetually inspire hope for the future.
