YOGA


Hatha Yoga is the art and science of using physical postures and breath awareness, plus relaxation and meditation techniques, to bring the body, mind and spirit into balance. Yoga has been praised for offering increased strength, flexibility and mental clarity, as well as pain relief, increased body alignment, and muscular toning.

We gently guide you through a hatha based yoga practice that involves consciously focusing on breath through slow integrated movement. Postures are held long enough to allow you to explore the dynamics of your personal alignment and adjust to the posture, giving you the space to deepen your practice. We practice many relaxing, strengthening and lengthening postures. Suitable for all levels.

There are nine different paths of yoga besides Patangali's eight limbs of yoga. Throughout your yoga practice with Buhnaun, you will have the opportunity to explore all nine paths.
